Tell us, in as much or as little detail as you like: who needs care, what's prompting the search, the city or neighborhood you're focused on, a rough budget, your timeline, and whether you'd prefer to communicate in English or Spanish. What happens next
An advisor will follow up to understand your situation — care level, budget, location, language and cultural preferences, and how quickly you need to move. From there we build a short list of two or three providers that fit, help you schedule tours, compare quotes line by line, and stay with you through the paperwork and the first weeks after a move. We do not blast your information out to a dozen facilities; your details stay with our local South Florida team.
Is it really free?
Yes. We're a paid referral service — provider partners pay us a one-time fee only when a placement is made. Families pay nothing before, during, or after, and our fee never increases your rent or care charges. If a provider isn't a good fit, we keep looking; we work for families, not facilities.
If your situation is urgent
If your parent is being discharged from the hospital or there's an immediate safety concern, say so in your first message. We keep current openings information and can often arrange placement within 24–72 hours when a space is available.
